Interested in the intersections between design and computing, Caio holds an MSc in Design and a BSc in Computer Science, both from the University of São Paulo (Universidade de São Paulo). Currently, he works as a digital product designer at Babbel, in Berlin. During the last two years he’s been also occasionally working as a design teacher and mentor for international young students.

Being specially attracted by the intersections between design, data, computing and arts, Caio explores topics such as:

Responsible for the design of internal tools to Loadsmart's pricing teams. Also responsible for executing qualitative and quantitative research to grasp these teams’ processes and pain points, and enable design propositions.

Common tasks were:
- Qualitative and quantitative user research;

- Validation through moderated and unmoderated usability testing (e.g. with UseBerry);
- Configuration of events for user-behaviour-tracking (Google Tag Manager / code-based events);
